Your information.
Handled with care.
FXNumbers is a project in development. The current privacy contact is Robert F., reachable at rob@fxnumbers.com.
This notice describes the current service. The full identity and contact particulars of the data controller, applicable legal bases, retention schedule and international transfer arrangements still need to be completed. Robert F. is listed as the privacy contact; this is not a claim that a company has been incorporated.
Information you provide
Partnership enquiries contain your name, work email, company, website, selected interest and message. These are stored privately so the team can review and respond. They are not automatically published or added to a marketing mailing list. Providing the required fields is necessary to submit the form; you may instead contact us by email.
Invited broker submissions include the submitter’s email, proposed content, source and any uploaded media. Proposals remain private until reviewed. Approved story content and media may be published; submitter email addresses are not included in the public catalogue.
Technical information and storage
Cloudflare provides website hosting, database, media storage and protected admin access. Network information is processed to deliver and protect the service. The enquiry endpoint stores a hash derived from the network address and date to limit repeated submissions; it does not store the raw network address in the enquiry record. This identifier is not an anonymous audience count.
Broker comparison selections are kept in browser session storage. Currency calculations run in your browser. Following the currency tool’s continuation link includes the chosen amount and currencies in the page URL. External websites and your email provider handle information under their own notices.
Audience measurement
FXNumbers records aggregate profile-view, comparison-add and official-website-click events by broker and UTC date for private pilot reporting. The measurement table stores only the date, broker, event type and count: no visitor ID, IP address, cookie, fingerprint or user-level history is stored in that table. Requests still pass through our hosting provider. These counts are events, not unique visitors. Recognised bot user agents and Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control signals are excluded. Reloads and repeated actions can count again. No public visitor total or advertising tracker is provided. Aggregate daily counts may be retained for historical reporting.
Optional Google Analytics
With your consent, Google Analytics 4 measures visits to public pages using cookies and browser/device information. Google receives network information when its service is contacted. No Google Analytics tag loads before you accept. Advertising storage, advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Our page-view events exclude URL query strings, fragments and referrer URLs; we do not send form contents. Admin and private submission pages are excluded.
Your analytics choice is saved in local storage for 180 days. Analytics cookies are configured for 180 days without renewal on each visit. You can reject analytics or withdraw consent using Analytics preferences in the footer. Withdrawal stops future collection and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase data already collected. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable Google Analytics. Retention in the Google Analytics property and applicable international transfer arrangements still need to be confirmed.
See Google’s privacy policy for its processing practices. The existing aggregate pilot counters described above operate separately from this optional service.
Access and retention
Enquiries and unpublished proposals are restricted to authorised editorial access. The current system does not automatically expire enquiry records. You may request access, correction or deletion using the contact above. The retention schedule is being finalised; we do not claim an automatic deletion period that is not implemented.
Your requests
Contact Robert F. at rob@fxnumbers.com about your information. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct or erase data, restrict or object to processing, obtain portable data and complain to your local data protection authority. We may need to verify a request before disclosing personal information. Do not send account passwords or identity documents with an initial enquiry.
